We can carry out visual roof inspections using a UAV and provide you with HD images showing the layout/ condition of your roof.

If you need to convert old paper or pdf plans or need to create proposed layout or Marketing Plans, we are more than happy to assist.
Pricing Guidelines.
As there is no end to the size and complexity of buildings in the UK it’s difficult to provide definitive costs for producing floor plans. Properties above 300sqm are priced individually depending on complexity, number of floors, etc. The examples below are to be used as a guide only.
Minimum fee £250.
Typical flats up to 65sqm £250.
Typical lock-up shop or office up to 100sqm £350.
A basic rule of thumb for properties over 300sqm is £1 per sqm.
Prices exclude VAT. Please contact us and we will be happy to tailor a quote to suit your requirements.
