A bit about us.
Since our inception in 2004 Plan-London Ltd has produced over 12,000 lease plans & measured surveys for properties, not only in London, as our name may suggest, but all over the UK.
Our ever-expanding team comprises forward thinking and dedicated individuals who have been involved in the many disciplines of the property industry for over 30 years. During our long careers we have worked as Surveyors, Interior designers, Architects and contractors. This, we believe gives us a clear understanding of buildings and what we believe our clients require.
We are flexible enough to respond rapidly to your requirements whilst retaining the professionalism that our clients demand and deserve.

Our Work.
Using the latest digital measuring technologies, we are able to plot the existing footplate of any property, providing every facet of the building occupation process – landlords, agents, occupiers, fit-out & facilities companies – with reliable and cost effective building information, essential for managing your assets.
This information is then supplied to you in either PDF, AutoCAD or hard copy, so that whether you have a PC or not you will be able to view it. Other formats available upon request – additional charges may apply.

Measured survey of a 300,000sqft building to produce plans sections and elevations. We were then instructed to re-measure the building after the project had been completed for warranted areas.
